At Monterey Baptist Church, we believe worship to be the very reason we are created. Worship is the center of all we do. Worship is participatory. True worship occurs when we respond to what God has revealed.

At Monterey, we strive to offer a worship experience in which each individual, no matter their age, can join their lives, hearts and voices together in response to the ever-present God.

We are to revel in the uniqueness of God and in the wonder of who He is. Our worship should glorify God because God alone is worthy of our worship. Psalm 34: 3 says, “Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt his name together.”
